Requirement: 25 volunteer hours
You earn your way in entirely through repair work. No money required. This is the heart of the model.
Requirement: 10 volunteer hours
You contribute both time and money. The financial contribution subsidizes a Tier 1 earner from an under-resourced community.
Requirement: No hours required
Your full ticket price funds two Tier 1 earners from communities that cannot afford to attend. You are a supporter, not just an attendee.
Every Tier 3 ticket fully funds two Tier 1 earners from under-resourced communities.
